Shanghai Burger Month Ep6: Smokey Cheese Lava Burger | The Food Flogger

For our sixth and final episode on the Shanghai Burger Month circuit, we stroll through FuXing Park before heading over to the INS building to visit FuXing Bakery. Much more than just a bakery, FuXing Bakery serves up a delectably diverse menu filled with traditional brunch dishes, creative modern dinner entrees and classic burgers and sandwiches. And for those more interested in adult beverages, they even craft their own line of flavored highballs and beers. But as we are all about the burger, today we are testing out their exclusive burger month offering, the “Smokey Cheese Lava Burger” aka, “The Flavor Eruption”. Though Shanghai Burger Month is now nearly a month behind us, Chef Alex promises to keep the mountain of flavor that is the Lava Burger on the menu if this video gets 100 likes.
