Introduction
In 1970, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Occupational Health and Safety Act) was passed to prevent occupational accidents and illnesses. According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), organizations must establish and enforce standards and provide training, awareness, education and assistance to ensure workers are in a safe working environment. By enforcing the rules in different organizations, it ensures the safety of its workers. Inspections are the most effective way for OSHA to enforce regulations.
