Hello friends

In this video I have explained about how to deliver a good vote of thanks. here are the key points;

1. During the vote of thanks audience usually is not very patient. understanding the audience's mind set at that moment one should keep the vote of thanks as short as possible.

2. create a hook in the beginning of the speech for example you could say please wait, at the end of the speech we are going to announce the arrangements about the food or you could say please wait till we complete the national anthem after vote of thanks or till we announce the lucky draw winner.

3. keep a list of people to be thanked, so that you do not miss anyone. learn to pronounce their name in a correct way.

4. Use a different and specific explanation for thanking each person. Use different adjective for each person.

5. Use a different method of thanking someone for example thank you, we express our gratitude, we are obliged by having you, your presence made a difference etc.

6. Look at the person while expressing your gratitude to him or her.

7. Express gratefulness through your facial expressions as well.

8. Use the language which the person understands while thanking him or her.
