A teaching tool made to help students in Tai Chi practice.

The Chen-style 24 form Tai Chi fan combines movements from the traditional Old Frame (laojia) and New Frame (xinjia) routines. This routine allows the practitioner to train both sides of the body because the right hand and left hand are used to hold the fan alternatively. Regular practice of Tai Chi Fan regulates blood circulation as it stimulates the meridian points on the palms and hands.
