She is known for her transformative leadership in the Indian mutual fund industry, having taken over as CEO of Edelweiss Asset Management at the age of 34 in 2017. Under her guidance, Edelweiss launched the Bharat Bond ETF in 2019, India’s first corporate bond ETF, which significantly boosted the company's growth and reputation.
