Haryana-based helmet maker Studds Accessories is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on October 30, with a price band of ₹557–585 per share. The IPO is a pure offer-for-sale (OFS) of 77.86 lakh shares by promoters and other investors, meaning the company will not receive any proceeds from the issue. The anchor book opens on October 29, while public subscription runs till November 3. The share allotment will be finalized on November 4. Studds’ IPO follows those of Orkla India and Lenskart Solutions next week.
