MANGO COCONUT OVERNIGHT OATS 🥭🥥🌴✨

Ingredients:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats (40 g)
1 tbsp chia seeds (12 g)
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (120 ml)
1 tbsp maple syrup - I use sugar free
1/3 cup non fat plain greek yogurt (75 g)
1/4 cup mango (41 g) ripe, chopped
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1/8 tsp coconut extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (31 g)
pinch salt

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl or container, add oats, chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, yogurt and mix. Add chopped mango, coconut flakes, coconut extract, protein powder, salt and stir again until combined.
2. Cover and store in the fridge overnight or minimum of 4 hours. Enjoy cold with more fresh mango and coconut flakes!
