Recapping a complex year of war in the Middle East

Austin Westfall speaks with Dr. Alon Burstein, a Tufts University Visiting Assistant Professor and Israel Institute Fellow, discussing war and conflict in the Middle East over the past year including wars with Israel and Hamas in Gaza and Palestine, which has spilled over into conflicts with Iran and Lebanon with Hezbollah. Syria has also experienced conflict as rebels have taken over the country and expelled the Syrian dictator. The United States have of course been directly involved in the supplying, logistics and intelligence of each conflict to some degree at different times.
