1991 - This was the last major Lion Knight / Crusader set LEGO released. 6081 was the first raised base castle set.

I think of this set as the Princes's Keep overlooking her fortified village. By using a classic "Motte-and Bailey" castle design I added this to my diorama with set 6080. You'll also notice some Black Falcon set thrown in here to.
