Trying out the rice paper dumplings idea I saw on TikTok from @andngaaaa. I make a pork dumpling filling with a chilli dipping sauce. These are really simple to make (much easier than normal dumplings/gyoza) and fun to eat. The texture is really nice with a crispy bottom, lovely flavourful filling and sticky, chewy top.

For the filling I used (feel free to adjust to your preference):

1 Medium onion
1/5 of a white cabbage
1/2 a courgette
3 spring onions
500g pork mince
Thumb of ginger
4 garlic cloves
5 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp siracha
Handful of coriander
Season of Chinese 5 spice

For the dipping sauce:

3 tbsp crispy chilli oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil


Season the water with 1 tsp sugar & 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar for the rice paper.
