Welcome to a new speed build in The Sims 4! This is a modern family house built using mostly items that came with the Parenthood game pack. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a garage, small gym, laundry room, a big backyard with a swimming pool and basketball court, and a kid's room with toys, materials for crafts and a study area.
