Rust server commands
Add an admin: "ownerid yoursteamid64here"
Reload Oxide plugins: "oxide.reload all"

This is the best way to install a Rust dedicated server that you want to be reliable and last a long time. There are other methods using SteamCMD on a Windows computer but to be honest, it's not suitable for a full-time Rust dedicated server.
