Classic foraging recipe perfect for all ages and skill levels. Sumac lemonade is something I make every summer when the humidity and heat are at their peak.

In the video I go over some of the finer points of making the lemonade, the most important being to get the sumac clusters before the rain does, and to break the clusters up or cut them with a scissors to ensure the most sour infusion.
