Описание к видео 2013 Kia Optima overheating

engine cooling Fan not working A/C intermittent overheating engine because of fan speed resistor failure replaced resistor in cooling fan shroud 2.0 turbo no other cooling system issues found do your own research this was my issue and not legal or mechanical advice about running hot oh very important CHECK POWER HARNESS TO THAT RESISTOR as it has known to become faulty test by shaking plug if your car happens to run hot if the radiator fan turns on its a bad HARNESS do this while the car is running still and hot 🔥check the heavy Gauge black wire terminal inside the resistor plug to see if it's been overheating you can tell by brown or black discoloration and it may be crusty closest to the terminal that inside the plug cut it of the tip to get to the unburnt copper wire and replace that terminal with a new one autozone sells that type of oversized terminal be sure to reseal with water seal to insure no future leaks
