Loaded breakfast burrito is one of my Family’s favorite breakfast, it’s easy to prepare and very delicious. The bacon, ham and egg combination is truly makes the burrito very tasty, add cheddar cheese, sour cream and mayo in the mix, makes the burrito even tastier, plus make it a bit spicy with sriracha chili sauce, fermented jalapenos and tomatoes makes the burrito tastiest that you could imagine. Cooking-wise is pretty easy and it does not takes much of your time in the morning. Try it and I’m sure you’ll like it too!

Breakfast Burrito Recipe; by #titamarieskitchen
3 medium size eggs
4 pcs. thick cut bacon
2 slices honey ham
4 oz. grape tomatoes
1 oz. fermented jalapeno peppers
1/2 tsp. lime juice
4 tsp low fat fresh milk
0.3 oz. cilantro (optional)
sriracha chili sauce
mayo
sour cream
cheddar cheese
burrito wrapper (flour tortilla)

- is an amount depending your preference

Cooking Tips
1. Add fresh milk to the beaten egg to make it fluffy when cooked.
2. Reheat the burrito wrapper (flour tortilla) to make it soft and pliable.

Burrito - is a dish in Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine consisting of a flour tortilla wrapped into a sealed cylindrical shape around various ingredients. The tortilla is sometimes lightly grilled or steamed to soften it, make it more pliable, and allow it to adhere to itself when wrapped.
