Holding A Sacred Space With Horses & Humans
What if for one day you allowed yourself and every sentient being to be as they are?
The herd come to the healing table and 'be with' each other in a quiet and meditative way. Some stand peacefully, others lie down to rest and may journey into rem sleep.

This is the time I hold a SACRED SPACE with horses and humans. Where 'being with' the horses occurs naturally and spontaneously, fostering ease, flow, and deep connection.

Talking, touching and direct eye contact are stimulating to all sentient beings. I invite participants to become mindful and practice the ancient Chinese concept of Wu Wei the art of inaction or effortless action. I encourage silence and mindfulness or a better description would be mindlessness. Where the mind becomes empty and full awareness and conscious takes place of the inner and outer world.
