In this insightful and eye opening talk, Waterman Rajendra Singh shares how he, along with the help of the locals in the rural areas of Rajasthan managesd to revive 7 rivers in a span of 31 year without using the modern engineering techniques. They did not even take help from the government or the corporate houses. He makes us realise the importance of doing small things which can make a big impact on the society.

Rajendra Singh is a well-known water conservationist from Alwar district, Rajasthan in India. Also known as "waterman of India", he won the Stockholm Water Prize, an award known as "the Nobel Prize for water", in 2015. Previously, he won the Ramon Magsaysay Award for community leadership in 2001 for his pioneering work in community-based efforts in water harvesting and water management.
