The US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has conducted a major crackdown on fugitive gangsters, resulting in the arrest of eight pro-Khalistan terrorists. Among those apprehended is Pavitra Singh Batala, who is on the National Investigation Agency's (NIA) most wanted list. Batala, associated with the Babbar Khalsa International group, was allegedly involved in target killings in Punjab. The FBI has released a video showing the arrests of the accused, who were wanted for kidnapping cases in America. The arrests took place in different cities across the US. All eight individuals are Indian nationals. The NIA had previously filed a chargesheet against Pavitra Singh. This development follows a June operation where another Khalistani terrorist, Lakhbir Singh Landa, was targeted.
