TaiChi Sticking Energy is not about trying to out-muscle people by constantly pressing down or some nonsensical idea of magnetizing the body. Sticking Energy works because of the conditions created in the practitioner's body which confuses and subverts the partner's neuromuscular control mechanisms, a process which the TaiChi Classics refer to as "only I know my opponent, my opponent doesn't know me" #HackingHumans.

This is what it is like to be fortunate enough to be an inner door student of a highly skilled Taijiquan teacher. Fa Fang / Fa Jin with Shen Yi Qi creating elastic strength, full body power and separating balance from power shown here might be little too wowoo for a lot of folks who claim to know the internal arts, I guess. Well, skill speaks for itself.
