Gary Hinman was the first victim of the "Manson Murders" or the "Helter Skelter" murders of 1969. His body was found on July 31. Manson, Bobby Beulsoleil, Bruce Davis, Susan Atkins and Mary Brunner were all at the scene in at 964 Old Topanga Canyon Road.
