ingredients:
1. 500g Bitter gourd
2. four spoons gram flour
3. half teaspoon cumin
4. half teaspoon mustard seeds
5. a little asafoetida
6. 3 tbsp mustard oil
7. 1 teaspoon turmeric
8. a spoonful of red chili
9. two teaspoons coriander powder
10. salt to taste
11. 3 Big Size chopped Onion
12. dryed Mango powder






procces:
First of all we will wash the bitter gourd and then Will cut Put some salt in the chopped bitter gourd and keep it for 25 to 30 minutes.
So we will chop the onion finely. Now take a pan, pour mustard oil in it, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida, Now we will put all the chopped onions in it.We will fry till the onions turn golden brown.Now add turmeric powder, chilli and coriander powder to it and keep the flame very low so that the spices do not burn.Now we will whatsapp the bitter gourd which we had kept with salt.When the spices and onions fry well, after that we will add chopped bitter gourd to it. Now we will put salt according to our taste on the bitter gourd.Mix well all the spices on bitter gourd. Now add some water and mix them and keep covered for 8 to 10 minutes on low to medium flam. and keep stirring it occasionally. Now put a pen on the other side on the gas. Put two to three spoons of gram flour in it And roast it till it turns light pink. gram flour has to be dry roasted on very low flame. Bitter gourd sabji is also ready. Now we will mix the gram flour which we have dry roasted in this vegetable.will mix well. and add two spoons of dried mango powder. Will mix well and vegetable is ready😋
