Quality over Quantity is always the watchword for kids as you can’t tell them how to use certain things in school except they have been taught .
Always remember to preheat your Food jars / Food flask to keep the food hotter for longer hours .
A water bottle or juice bottle should be different and getting insulated ones to maintain temperature incase there are no ice packs is still a winner .
If you are using gel packs you should get the ones for hot and cold so it can be used both ways .
All lunch bags must be insulated !
Go for items you can afford either Used or New .
If you have a picky eater …. Get Bento boxes so they have different options so you can tell which they are leaning into on a daily .
No food and snacks in one box for aesthetic purposes please 🥹
Get a Lunch box and a Snack Box .
You know your kids so feed them what they would eat .
No two kids are same .
Try New recipes and tweak your fave influencers recipe to suit what your family eats .
For example your fave uses Navel oranges 🍊,you can use local oranges ! If she uses clementine ,you can use tangerine !
If they use Green grapes ,you can use Red grapes !
Nobody is wining in anything 🥰
Do the best you can for your kids and don’t let low self esteem finish you 😏
You are enough and you are doing all you can !
