Description:
This week we worked on direction and redirection through fundamental moves and variations.
1) Tuck turn from closed to open
Variations: i) a standard tuck turn to open; ii) an inside turn to closed, dropping the tuck turn compression; iii) a tuck turn exit with an extra redirection; iv) a 4-count tuck turn, merging the rock step and first triple step.
2) Entry and exit from sweetheart connection
Variations: i) a standard tuck turn exit to open; ii) an inside turn to closed with no redirection; iii) a tuck turn exit to open with an extra redirection.
