I was at Fisherman's Wharf and saw Frank. I see him occasionally walking around and say hi to him when I see him. He's always been polite to me. I asked him if he would share 30 seconds of wisdom with the Fishermans Wharf sign in the background for the people on youtube with. Of course, like a professional he is, he was polite and gave me 30 seconds of wisdom. I feel obligated to share this with you. So put on your headphones, relax and try your best to try and understand what Frank Chu is telling you. Take into consideration, as you go about with your life and your problems like your job, your house, your car etc, Frank has to deal with other societies across other galaxies.That's enough to drive anyone crazy.

Yes, my name is Frank Chu and I was published by the San Francisco Chronicle. It was concerning some populations of other planets about other societies across other galaxies and other governments more modern than todays humans. And I was identified as a TV Star and a Movie Star. So hopefully a few years from now, i'll go to the United Nations and try to get it all proven and try to tell them that (I'm not sure what he said after this) you don't kidnap friends at 12 Galaxies and didn't pay me as a movie star also.
