This video shows Tracy Ferriter and the people with her in blatant disregard of court rules expressed by the judge during Day 3 of Tim Ferriter's trial. They did this continuously while the state's video evidence was played. These videos were intentionally protected from public view, but are now on these people's phones. It also appears that both individuals were using Airdrop to send them to Tracy's laptop and she was periodically clicking to accept the files, saying "awesome." None of them, including Tracy, had prior authorization from the judge to take photos or videos during the court proceedings. The judge was notified within the first hour of Day 3 and swiftly addressed it.

Looks of contempt on Tracy's face can be seen throughout the rest of the day. These clips were retrieved from Law & Crime broadcasting of the trial on Day 3.
