Cheesy Southern Mac and Cheese MUKBANG + Recipe | No Talking (talking removed)

Описание к видео Cheesy Southern Mac and Cheese MUKBANG + Recipe | No Talking (talking removed)

Today, we've got the another rendition of my new set of videos, my no talking mukbangs, and today we're revisiting the Southern Mac and Cheese! These videos are edited down from already-filmed content -- I'm just removing the talking so that you have the option of watching them with our without my chit chat! :) I will be posting older videos so you guys don't get bored watching the exact same video over again. But, if that would interest you, let me know in the comments! Def expect another southern Mac and cheese vid soon -- it's about time I took another swing at this recipe and made it even better!

This was my first time making southern mac and cheese, so I needed some help! I got inspo from the following sites:

Sweet Tea and Thyme (IG @sweet_tea_thyme):
https://www.sweetteaandthyme.com/sout...

Divas Can Cook (YT @Divas Can Cook IG @divascancook):
https://divascancook.com/southern-bak...

I deviated a bit from the exact recipes they gave, so here's what I did different:

List of ingredients:
1 1/4 C heavy cream
1 C whole milk
8 oz shredded colby jack
8 oz extra sharp cheddar, shredded
8 oz cream cheese
6 oz velveeta, diced
6 slices of American cheese, diced
2 large eggs
1 lb elbow macaroni

I used some of the colby jack + cheddar on top, so make sure you reserve some. Both recipes called for the same cooking temp (350 F), but one said to cook for 35-45 min and the other said 35 min. I cooked for 40. I will definitely cook for just the 35 next time. I also will try and partially freeze the velveeta and a block of American cheese so I can shred them and more evenly distribute them.Though I may still want to keep some chunks for those little "cheese treasures"... :) Aaaand I may add a little more cream to the mix. Also might sub out the heavy cream + milk for half n half to make things even easier on myself. :) Both recipes also called for the addition of some spices like paprika, mustard powder, etc... I just happen to like mine plain. I guess you could consider me more of a mac n cheese "purist" lol -- either way, it's your world -- if you want to add spice, add some! :) Make it your own and really you can add whatever cheeses your heart desires.

I sincerely hope you guys try making this! It's the easiest mac and cheese to make, and it's seriously some of the most delicious too.

Thanks so much for watching, guys!
