X-Plane Pilot2ATC Class C to Class C cross-country flight

Описание к видео X-Plane Pilot2ATC Class C to Class C cross-country flight

Here is a little cross-country that really exercises the ATC system and illustrates a lot of the features of Pilot2ATC. It's a short 53nm jump from Raleigh-Durham International Airport, North Carolina to Fayetteville Regional Airport. Both of these airports are Class C so filing a VFR flight plan is the best way to obtain all the necessary clearances. The flight illustrates all the hand-offs from Ground, Departure, Center and all the way back to Ground at the destination. Also, clouds were encountered at the assigned altitude and communication with Center was necessary to keep the controller informed. There were a number of odd-ball "simulator" quirks encountered along the way too like planes taking off on the wrong runway, a bombardment of traffic alerts and a very strange dip at the threshold of the destination runway. All added to the fun.

Hope you enjoy!
