Zesty Lemon Celebration Cake

1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
95g butter at room temperature
160g caster sugar
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
100ml milk
2 tbsp lemon zest
50ml lemon juice

Lemon curd
2 lemons, zest, and juice
100g caster sugar
50g butter
2 eggs, beaten

Lemon buttercream
175g butter, softened
580g icing sugar
1 tablespoon lemon zest
50ml lemon juice
Yellow food colouring
