Advanced guided bone regeneration using different bone grafting material. Block grafting

Описание к видео Advanced guided bone regeneration using different bone grafting material. Block grafting

Webinar by Ross Cutts

Dr. Cutts presents his techniques for block grafting, especially in defects with irregular shapes and configurations.
He will discuss his solid experience on onlay grafting approaches with allogenic bone blocks (maxgraft® blocks and maxgraft® bonebuilder), including surgical details on suturing and soft tissue management for block grafting procedures.

Dr. Cutts is an implantologist and a committed fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI). His commitment to cosmetic dentistry maintains his full membership of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD). He lectures nationwide on a variety of topics, but has a particular interest in aesthetic implant dentistry.

maxgraft® bonebuilder is a customized allogenic bone block for two-stage alveolar ridge augmentation. Based on CT/CBCT scans of the patient, the bone block is virtually designed using the latest 3D-CAD/CAM (computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing) technology. The individual design provides an optimal fit between local bone and graft, enabling rapid revascularization and fast graft incorporation. (https://botiss-bonebuilder.com/)
maxgraft® granules are an allograft bone substitute from human donor bone, processed by the Cells+Tissuebank Austria and available in cancellous and cortico-cancellous form. Due to its preserved natural bone structure and collagen content, it serves as a scaffold for natural bone regeneration and has the potential of complete remodeling into patients’ own bone. In clinical practice, the application of allogenic blocks has been established as a reliable alternative to autogenous bone blocks for alveolar ridge augmentation to avoid donor site morbidity and limitations in material quantity or as an alternative treatment if previous surgery has failed.
