Enjoy this makeup tutorial on creating a sweet fox character for Halloween. The hat shown at the end is made by following my Foxy Lady Hat Knitting Pattern. Chloe wore a simple black top and jeans with black boots. Megan applied the makeup in just a couple of steps.
