Starting 30th September to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.

You can clean your body, mind and emotions over these 21 days with the free guidance, love and support offered through these videos. The first week is centred around asanas for different body parts such as back, legs and abs. The second week will allow you to explore more restorative and stress relief classes. Lastly, the 3rd week will teach you many different simple vinyasa flows.

Each class will be dynamic, vibrant and full of surprises. The language will be simple and instructions crystal clear so you get into asanas correctly. Through these videos, you can improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. Each day, we will offer a new yoga practice that will challenge you in different ways and help you progress in your yoga journey.

The practice of yoga helps calm the mind, releases tension from the body, and promotes a sense of inner peace. If you're a working professional or a student, these practices can improve your focus and concentration and help you come up with creative ideas!
