Many of our files—like footsteps, sword clashes, and foley sessions—contain multiple sounds within a single file. That’s great for options, but selecting the exact variation within the waveform can feel sloooow. And we want Soundly to be fast, easy, and fun!

The new Segments feature in Soundly takes you straight to the good stuff in no-time, using regions that highlight each variation within a sound.

We tried using AI to add these regions, but that was about as successful as asking a cat to DJ. So, we enlisted two sound designers crazy and brave enough to tackle the task.
