Sweet Yellow buns recipe||How to bake sweet soft fluffy yellow buns using a stand mixer

Previously, i made a video on how one can bake sweet yellow buns. Today we are baking then again but, using a stand mixer. These are the perfect sweet yellow buns ever!!! After this recipe, you will never want to buy buns again. The buns are sweet, soft and fluffy.

Ingredients:

1 n half cups warm water
3 Tablespoons instant yeast
6 cups flour
3 eggs
9 Tablespoons salted butter( unsalted is okay)
2 teaspoons salt
9 Tablespoons to 1 cup sugar( according to your preference)
12 Tablespoons powdered milk( i used Nido)
