This guided sleep meditation healing deep sleep hypnosis sleep story is a bedtime story for grownups about a woman meditating in a country garden while gazing at a rose. As she gazes at that rose, so her attention narrows onto the rose and as all of her attention falls onto that rose, time begins to change, everything around her seems to be passing rapidly while her time stands still, then in her minds eye she starts to see writing in an ancient language scrolling past her field of vision as she drifts deeper into the meditation. The woman feels an intuitive sense of understanding of the writing. As the writing disappears she finds herself sat in a desert with pyramids off in the distant, behind her is a VW Camper Van, she gets in the van and drives it to the pyramids, she walks up to one of the pyramids, enters the pyramid and explores the pyramid. Following a secret passage the woman finds a strange underground lost world, a forest with a river and lake which looks like it is a normal forest, river and lake, yet she has walked deep underground. She follows the river to the lake and meets someone by the lake, they tell her she isn't where she thinks she is. She touches hands with the person and finds herself looking down on the planet and floating through space all the way to Earth and realises that she is on a different planet, not on Earth. She drifts back through space again from Earth back to that planet and finds herself back in front of that person. She then rows out into the lake, gets in the water, lays in the water with her ears underwater focusing on the sounds underwater before diving down underwater to get something from a box on the bottom of the lake. After getting something from the box she finds her way back to the pyramid, back through the desert, back to that country garden gazing at that rose...
