I mow and bag 6 properties and decided to upgrade my air filters. As most of us know dirt and grit getting by the small air filters eat up the valves and cylinder walls shortening the engines life. These engines are not cheap to replace ($1200 - $2500) so investing in good filtration is a good idea. Another good point to the commercial air filter is getting cooler air from the very top of the motor. Another good reason I upgraded was that I have 2 commercial mowers that use the same Kawasaki type filters and I can buy them in bulk for $12 a set on ebay!!!
