I just experienced the best batchoy in the Philippines and it is here in Iloilo. It is located in Lapaz Public Market. When you think of a public market, you think it is going to smell because there are people who sells raw meat. However, the place is really clean and there is no foul smell. This place is a must try. I am very happy that I visited here. I can't wait to go back next year!
