SoundCam Ultra 3 - for PD (partial discharges) / für Teilentladungen

With IP54, the handy system can even be used in the rain and even in dusty environments without any problems. In a dark environment, the 4 LEDs ensure optimum lighting for the imaging process. The SoundCam Ultra 3 is the only acoustic camera system in which the specially optimised beamforming method is calculated directly on the hardware, enabling a unique real-time display of 100 acoustic images per second (100 FPS). The image and sound data are transmitted via a single line and are therefore 100% synchronised. Thanks to the 176 microphones, the measurement technology is extremely sensitive (high dynamic range) and the software can be operated very quickly and intuitively thanks to the specially developed PD (partial discharges) mode (1-button operation). The real-time display of the PRPD diagram allows an immediate assessment of the partial discharge. The complete solution is rounded off by the associated partial PD report, an automated report generation including illustrated partial discharges and a large number of useful standard graphics.

Das handliche System kann mit IP54 selbst im Regen und sogar auch in staubigerer Umgebung problemlos eingesetzt werden. In einer dunklen Umgebung gewährleisten die 4 LED`s die optimale Beleuchtung für das bildgebene Verfahren. Die SoundCam Ultra 3 ist das einzige Akustik-Kamerasystem, bei dem die speziell optimierte Beamforming-Methode direkt auf der Hardware berechnet wird, dieses ermöglicht eine einzigartige Echtzeit-Darstellung von 100 akustischen Bildern pro Sekunde (100 FPS). Die Bild- und Ton-Daten werden über einer Leitung übertragen und sind somit 100% synchron. Durch die 176 Mikrofone ist die Meßtechnik extrem sensibel (große Dynamik) und die Software ist durch den speziell entwickelten Leakmodus (1-Knopf-Bedienung) sehr schnell und intuitiv zu bedienen. Die Echtzeitangabe des PRPD Diagramms erlauben eine Sofortbeurteilung der Teilentladung. Abgerundet wird die Komplettlösung durch den dazugehörigen Teilentladungs-Report, eine automatisierte Berichterstellung inkl. bebilderter Teilentladungsdarstellung und einer Vielzahl nützlicher Norm-Grafiken.
