Hi everyone! This is my take on Fruit Salad Drink. It contains coconut juice, condensed milk, all-purpose cream and other flavorful Filipino ingredients that will surely hit the spot. This is one of my favorite Filipino summer drinks. I hope you’ll try this recipe. Have a pleasant day. - Rea.


Buko Salad Drink Ingredients:

1 1/4 C Coconut Meat
1 90 g (3.17oz) Green Gulaman, follow package cooking instructions
1/2 C Kaong, chopped into small pieces
1 C Fruit cocktail
7.6 fl oz (225ml) All-purpose cream
11 tbsp Condensed Milk, adjust according to your taste
12 fl oz (354 ml) Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 C Coconut juice
1/22 tsp Salt


**NOTE**

COOKING is all about your taste. Adjust accordingly.
