ingredients :-

250 g cottage cheese
2 onion paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp salt

18- 20 almonds or ( 10 cashews + 10 almonds more preferable )
4-5 green chilli paste
1 tsp poppy seeds ( optional )
( make a fine paste of above three ingredients )

2 tbsp fresh cream
1/2 cup yogurt

1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 black cardamom
3 green cardamom
12-15 pepper corns
4-5 cloves
2 cinnamon stick

1 tbsp butter
3/4 cup milk or water
1/3 cup oil
