My 1 Year Experiment with Travel-Based Living Changed Everything

How do you start with such a big dream that is going to be life-changing? For me I looked for inspiration and stories of people who harboured the same dream to live abroad, travel full-time and experience living in many places all over the world. I knew I wanted to expose myself to the most possibilities and to inform myself of the possible options. I told myself this was going to be a year of experimenting but I never looked back since. I am so grateful to have been daring enough to take the step to leave my home country.

I got clear on why it was time for me to leave and knew in my heart that I no longer fit in the environment I was in. I wanted to evolve into someone different and that version of me needed to be outside, away from familiarity, away from group-thinking and I needed space to explore and just be.
