Inaros post rework: How good is he now? Godly, mediocre or still just a meme?

Rework went hard, thats just my take tho, so don't get overheated about it, nor try to convince me that the abilities can be in any capacity fun, stop saving lost causes and make them do something that will make stuff actually REWORKED.
