Here, during the production process, proper care must be taken to segregate the cartons accordingly. However, there might be errors that could lead to the mixing of cartons. Our Simply Pharma Application generates unique pharmacodes for individual jobs / batches. These pharmacodes are printed on the pasting flaps of the cartons. Since one batch / job has one pharmacode which is unique to it, any mixup carton will have a different pharmacode.

In this video, you can see that our system performs high speed ejection by tracking the mixup carton correctly & ejecting the carton using hashtag#hhs disc ejector. This allows the user to get uninterrupted production while maintaining quality.

On the pasting machine, our Baumer make high speed code reading camera is installed which scans the pharmacode on each carton. If a mixup is detected, the feeder is stopped or the carton is tracked and ejected by our system.

This system also generates compliance reports.
