The ground commanders of Alpha Company under the 39th Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army have finally realized a concept for the people of Sitio Latil, Brgy. Abnate, Kiblawan, Davao del Sur for them to place their loyalty to the government because, for many years, they have been under the guidance, influence, and control of the Red Fighters.

The said place has been clothed with gunfights, fear, anxiety, and a series of evacuations that made them trust the red fighters rather than the government that cares for them.

Blessed is a project that is conceived with an intention to just serve the people less attended before by our government.
