Send WhatsApp message using Azure Communication Services

Email

Azure Communication Services enables you to send and receive WhatsApp messages using the Azure Communication Services Messaging SDK. This SDK can be used to engage in conversation with a customer for product inquiry and customer service scenarios. It can also be used to send out messages like appointment reminders, shipping updates, two-factor authentication, and other notification scenarios. This feature is currently in public preview.

In this video we perform hands-on lab on creating Azure Communication Services resource in Azure Portal and send messages to WhatsApp account.
