A: If you cannot access the options in BIOS or if changing them does not help, move on and try the rest of the video. What was the result of the HP diagnostic scan?

Q: The test showed my hard drive to be healthy and none of the other fixes helped :(
A: If the diagnostic test showed your HDD to be healthy and none of the other fixes helped, you would now try to reinstall the operating system.

Q: The diagnostic test says my HDD is not installed or to check cables?
A: That means your HDD may be loose or bad. Try 'Reseating' the HDD first as seen here in this video. Try the diagnostic test again. If it fails to change the scan, I would then replace the HDD and install an Operating System to the new one.

Q: I cannot access the diagnostic test and the other steps didnt help.
A: If you cannot access the diagnostic test, then we dont know if your Hard Drive (HDD) is healthy. We can then proceed, assuming it is. If the other steps in this video do not help, I would then try to reinstall the Operating System (OS).
