About Me

I’m Steph Farnsworth — a betrayal trauma coach and group facilitator.

I’ve been guiding trauma-informed support groups for nearly four years and have worked with women in many seasons of healing — from newly discovered betrayal to long-term recovery.

I am:

• A Certified Master Life Coach
• APSATS trainee
• Couple-Centered Recovery trained
• Trained in grief and mourning
• Trained in mindfulness and guided imagery

More importantly, I’ve lived this. I’ve experienced relational betrayal myself, and I understand how destabilizing and isolating it can feel.
