The DLC has dropped today and this is what you need to start it and what you need to buy. You'll need to buy an Avengar from Warstock (if you don't have one already), add the Operations Terminal (Warstock again in the Avenger renovations menu)and to then customise it with a new set of upgrades inside your Hangar (yes, you're going to want one not just for the missions).
