SARMs: Ligandrol LGD4033 - Testosterone Shutdown? Doctor's Analysis

Ligandrol LGD-4033 or VK5211 may be the most powerful SARM, but can it lead to testosterone shutdown? In theory, SARMs have selective anabolic action on specific tissues, and in the underground many men seem to think T production will come back in a month. But in my practice, I see men who are shut down for 6 to 18 months! If SARMs didn’t shut down the hypothalamus pituitary gonadal axis, why would PCT be recommended after cycles?
