This review was done after spending 8 rounds on a 80lb heavy bag. Generally early rounds are spent throwing jabs and simple combinations. Later rounds is usually when I try to throw harder shots and mix up my combinations.

TLDR: I would not recommend these for beginners, the foam is so dense that you can build up bad habits. However, if you have technique down and you want to protect your hands for a good price then these might be for you.
