Have we gone too far? Often more information isn't better and with the deluge of mental health content acessible, it can often feel overwhelming as we learn new terminology and protocols all in the pursuit to the "ideal" routine or perfect mental health balance. But I think the truth is we already know much of what helps our mental health and occasionally listening to our bodies instead of the "experts" and slowing down can make a lot more of a difference.
